NIKOLA HILLEBRAND | Opening of the Heidelberger Frühling festival

Soprano Nikola Hillebrand returns to open the Heidelberger Frühling Festival this May with pianist Alexander Fleischer for a recital entitled Freundliche Visionen. This appearance marks a special continuation of her relationship with the festival, where she gained early acclaim after winning the “Das Lied” competition in 2019. With a programme centred on the German Lied repertoire, Hillebrand once again demonstrates her vocal clarity, interpretive depth, and affinity for this intimate genre, for which she has received previous notable acclaim, including for her performance at the Leeds Lieder Festival in 2024.
