ADRIAN ERÖD als Sixtus Beckmesser in Tokio

After two performances cancelled last summer due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Adrian Eröd can finally be seen in his signature role Sixtus Beckmesser in Richard Wagner's Die Meistersinger von Nürnberg at the New National Theatre in Tokyo, conducted by Kazushi Ono and directed by Jens Daniel Herzog.

After five performances in this central role of his repertoire, which he has also performed in Zurich, Cologne, Leipzig, Amsterdam, Dresden and at the Salzburg Easter Festival, Adrian Eröd will take over three performances as Fritz/Frank in Korngold's Die tote Stadt opposite Camilla Nylund and Claus Florian Vogt at the Semperoper Dresden on 14 December, 2 and 9 January.
