SOPHIE KARTHÄUSER on Tour with Helsinki Baroque Orchestra

A tour with the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra and René Jacobs takes Sophie Karthäuser to Finland, Spain, Germany and Belgium. The programme features concert arias by Mozart and Beethoven.

Equally sought-after and celebrated as a Mozart singer, Sophie Karthäuser has appeared in all the major roles of her fach. As part of her long-standing collaboration with René Jacobs, she sang her first Pamina at La Monnaie in Brussels and Ilia at the Theater an der Wien, among others.

She now undertakes a tour featuring concert arias by Mozart and Beethoven together with the Helsinki Baroque Orchestra under the baton of René Jacobs. Concert stops include Helsinki, San Sebastián, Vitoria, Baden-Baden, Ghent, Ingolstadt and Bilbao.
